Standards of Conduct (18 CFR Part 358)

Not Unduly Discriminatory

Definition

A transmission provider must treat all transmission customers—affiliated and non-affiliated—on a not unduly discriminatory basis. It may not grant any undue preference or advantage or subject any person to undue prejudice or disadvantage regarding transportation of natural gas, transmission of electric energy, or wholesale sales. This principle underpins the entire Standards of Conduct.
