No Conduit Rule

Definition

A transmission provider is prohibited from using anyone as a conduit for the disclosure of non-public transmission function information to its marketing function employees. Conduits include third parties, contractors, or intermediaries. The rule prevents circumvention of the direct disclosure prohibition.
