Marketing Employees Prohibited from Transmission

Definition

A transmission provider is prohibited from permitting its marketing function employees to conduct transmission functions or to have access to the system control center (or similar transmission facilities) that differs from the access available to other transmission customers. Marketing employees receive transmission information only through public channels.
