Definition

Companion to Order 888 requiring transmission providers to implement OASIS for same-time posting of available transfer capability and pricing, and strengthening Standards of Conduct so transmission functions cannot give merchant affiliates undue preference in information or service. Operationalized open access by making grid data and tariff terms visible to all market participants contemporaneously.
