Definition

A transmission provider must post notice of any transfer of a transmission function employee to a marketing position, or a marketing employee to a transmission position. The posting must include the employee's name, respective titles, and effective date. It remains on the Web site for 90 days. Transfers cannot be used to circumvent Part 358.
