Employee Disclosure Prohibition

Definition

An employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of a transmission provider (or of an affiliate engaged in marketing) is prohibited from disclosing non-public transmission function information to any of the provider's marketing function employees. Applies to all personnel who may come into contact with such information.
