Definition

If a transmission provider discloses non-public transmission function information to marketing employees in violation of § 358.6, it must immediately post that information on its Internet Web site. This remedies the disclosure by giving all transmission customers equal access. Exclusion for specific transaction information (marketing employee's own request) per § 358.7(b).
