Transmission Customer

Definition

Any eligible entity that receives transmission service under the OATT from the Transmission Provider. Transmission Customers may include utilities, power marketers, power producers, and large end-use customers who seek to move electricity across the transmission provider's system. All customers must receive service under the same rates, terms, and conditions.
