Definition
The total annual cost of the Transmission System for purposes of Network Integration Transmission Service, as specified in Attachment H of the OATT until amended by the Transmission Provider or modified by the Commission. Annual Transmission Costs form the basis for calculating each Network Customer's load ratio share billing under NITS.
