Definition
Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. Business Day is the standard unit for measuring notice periods, response deadlines, and procedural timeframes in the LGIP and LGIA. Many LGIP milestones — such as the time to execute study agreements or respond to withdrawal notices — are expressed in Business Days rather than Calendar Days.
