Definition
The Transmission Provider's Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) through which open access transmission service and Interconnection Service are offered, as filed with FERC, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. In interconnection contexts, the Tariff includes both the transmission service provisions (Parts II and III) and the interconnection procedures (LGIP and LGIA) filed as attachments thereto.
