Definition
A contract executed between the Transmission Provider and a Transmission Customer that specifies the terms and conditions for providing transmission service under the OATT. The Service Agreement incorporates the tariff provisions by reference and includes customer-specific details such as points of receipt, points of delivery, capacity reservations, service duration, and applicable rates.
