Definition
An Application that commits the Eligible Customer to execute a Service Agreement upon receipt of notification that the Transmission Provider can provide the requested Transmission Service. A pre-confirmed application speeds up service commencement by eliminating the need for a separate confirmation step after the Transmission Provider confirms availability.
