Definition
Any federal, state, local or other governmental regulatory or administrative agency, court, commission, department, board, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Parties, their facilities, or the services they provide. Notably, Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider, and any Affiliate thereof are excluded from this definition — it refers only to external government regulators and institutions.
