Rule 101 - Applicability

Definition

Specifies that Part 385 governs all proceedings before the Commission under the FPA, NGA, NGPA, and other statutes within FERC jurisdiction. Applies to rate and tariff filings, certificate applications, complaints, and formal adjudication. Does not apply to rulemaking or informal staff actions unless the Commission so directs.
